Reservations are guaranteed by Credit Card. Payment is accepted by both Debit and Credit Cards.
Please Note: A 3% service fee will be assessed.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit/debit card. we DO NOT accept CASH for any reservation.
North Texas Jellystone Camp/Resort requires a 50% down payment and the remainder of the balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival.
Guests must be 21 years of age to book a cabin.
Reservations made for a holiday must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Reservations made for holidays, or with Special Deals/Discounts are non-refundable at the time of booking.
The 50% down payment is immediately non-refundable after the reservation is booked.
- Cancellations made 31 days or more before the arrival date, forfeit 1/2 of the total reservation fee. A future credit may be issued for the full amount paid.
30 days before arrival all reservations are nonrefundable and all payments must be processed in full.
- Cancellations made 30 days or less before the reservation date, forfeit the full reservation fee.

All cancellations must be sent in writing, via email to info@northtexasjellystone.com Failure to cancel your reservation by the designated time and date forfeits all deposits and payments.

- Bookings made with deals/discounts/promos are final. Changes are not permitted.
- Changes for standard bookings are subject to change fees.
  - No changes permitted 7 days or less before arrival.
- All payments/fees are forfeited if the guest checks out before the check-out date.
- Resort fees are a part of the subtotal for the number of guests listed on the reservation. Additional guests must be added to the reservation to gain access to the park.
- In addition to the resort fee, guests are charged for a parking pass per vehicle, beyond the initial included parking pass.
There is a 7% Texas State Tax, as well as a 6% Lodgers Tax for all rooms.
NOTE: A 3% service fee will be assessed for monthly/long-term reservations payments.
North Texas Jellystone Park™ charges a daily per-guest fee posted to each guest reservation that allows us to offer an array of generous amenities and services for an all-inclusive fee. This charge will be billed directly to all guests at a Daily Rate. More information
