- All cancellations must be sent in writing, via email to info@northtexasjellystone.com Failure to cancel your reservation by the designated time and date forfeits all deposits and payments.
- Bookings made with deals/discounts/promos are final. Changes are not permitted.
- Changes for standard bookings are subject to change fees.
- No changes permitted 7 days or less before arrival.
- All payments/fees are forfeited if the guest checks out before the check-out date.
- Resort fees are a part of the subtotal for the number of guests listed on the reservation. Additional guests must be added to the reservation to gain access to the park.
- In addition to the resort fee, guests are charged for a parking pass per vehicle, beyond the initial included parking pass.
- There is a 7% Texas State Tax, as well as a 6% Lodgers Tax for all rooms.
- NOTE: A 3% service fee will be assessed for monthly/long-term reservations payments.
- North Texas Jellystone Park™ charges a daily per-guest fee posted to each guest reservation that allows us to offer an array of generous amenities and services for an all-inclusive fee. This charge will be billed directly to all guests at a Daily Rate. More information

- All Guests Entering The Park must be registered as an occupant on a reservation, for the entire duration of the reservation.
- Guests who have not been added to a reservation prior to check-in will be subject to a $52.50 per person/day fee and a $10 parking pass fee to enter the park, regardless of the length of their access to the park.
- All guests in the park must wear a wristband. Staff at the entrance will assist with wristbands. Each site/cabin has a maximum occupancy limit.
Wristbands must be worn at all times when in the Park. Lost wristbands can be replaced in the Ranger Station which requires a replacement fee.

- OPEN/CONCEAL CARRY OF HANDGUNS PROHIBITED
Pursuant to Section 30.07 Penal Code (Trespass by license holder with an openly carried handgun), a person licensed under Sub-chapter H, Chapter 411, Government Code (Handgun Licensing Law), may not enter this property with a handgun that is carried openly.

- Smoking is not permitted in any building or cottage. If you choose to smoke outside, please do not throw butts on the ground. Guests who smoke in the room will be charged a $250.00 cleaning fee.
- Please drive slowly and carefully in the park. The speed limit is 10 mph.
- Drones or remote-controlled aircraft of any type are not permitted.
- Hoverboards are not permitted in the park.
- Gas & battery-powered scooters, bikes, toys, and vehicles which do not require a Texas driver’s license to operate are not permitted in the park.
- Non-motorized scooters, bikes, skateboards, & skates are to be ridden in designated areas and are not allowed on sidewalks, patios, in the playground, or in the pool areas.

- Rafts/boats/floating craft of any type are not permitted in Miller Creek, Stafford Lake, or in any body of water on the property.

There is limited parking at our campground. Each reservation is allowed one vehicle at no charge. Each additional vehicle will be assessed a charge of $10.00 per car per day. The extra vehicle must either fit in your campsite or be parked in the overflow parking.
- Please help us keep our Park clean and attractive by placing trash in the dumpsters, as designated on the Park map.
- WASTEWATER: State forbids wastewater on the ground. Sewer rings or threaded fittings are required
