Option 1: Save $300 on a 3-Month Stay

Stay for at least 3 months and receive $100 off per month for your first three months—a total savings of $300.

Promotion Requirements

• Minimum 3-month continuous stay required.
• If you depart before completing the required 3-month stay, all promotional discounts received will be recaptured from your security deposit.
• Guests who voluntarily end their stay before meeting the minimum stay requirement forfeit any remaining promotional benefits.

Option 2: Stay 6 Months, Get the 7th Month FREE

Stay 6 consecutive months and receive your 7th month free.

Promotion Terms & Conditions

• Guests must select one promotion at the time of booking. Promotions cannot be changed, transferred, or combined after the reservation is confirmed.
• Guests who choose the $300 Off a 3-Month Stay promotion are not eligible for the Stay 6 Months, Get the 7th Month Free promotion, even if they extend their stay beyond six months.
• Valid for new long-term reservations only and must be applied at the time of booking.
• Cannot be combined with any other discounts, specials, or promotional offers.
• Subject to availability. Site types, blackout dates, seasonal closures, and other restrictions may apply.
• Valid for qualifying stays with arrival dates between August 1, 2026, and December 31, 2026.
• A security deposit is required in accordance with standard long-term stay policies.
• Taxes, utilities, and other applicable fees are not included and may apply.
• All standard campground policies and long-term stay rules remain in effect.
• Management reserves the right to modify or discontinue this promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Offer expires September 30, 2026, unless extended.
