Payment and Cancellation Policy
Reservations are guaranteed by credit card. Payment may be made using debit or credit cards.
North Texas Jellystone Park requires a 50 percent non refundable deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival, unless otherwise stated.
Guests must be 21 years of age or older to reserve a cabin.
Reservations made for holiday weekends must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Reservations made for holidays, special deals, discounts, or promotional rates are non refundable at the time of booking.
The 50 percent deposit becomes non refundable immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to arrival will forfeit 50 percent of the total reservation amount. A future credit may be issued for the full amount paid.
30 days prior to arrival, all reservations become non refundable and the remaining balance must be paid in full.
Cancellations made 30 days or less before arrival will forfeit the entire reservation amount.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to info@northtexasjellystone.com.
Failure to cancel within the designated time frame will result in forfeiture of all deposits and payments.
Reservations booked with deals, discounts, or promotional codes are final and cannot be modified.
Standard reservations may allow changes but change fees may apply.
No changes are permitted within 7 days of arrival.
Guests who check out early will forfeit any remaining nights on the reservation.
Taxes and Additional Fees
All reservations are subject to:
6 percent Texas State Sales Tax
7 percent City Lodging Tax
North Texas Jellystone Park also charges a daily per guest resort fee. This fee allows us to provide a wide variety of amenities and services for our guests.
Resort fees are applied to each guest age 3 and older.
Children ages 0 to 2 stay free.
